Booking Deposit

$200 AUD deposit will be charged on the day of booking
Visa card & Mastercard are accepted. Direct debit is available. No personal cheques without prior arrangement. If no credit card details available a $200 cash bond is required refundable on check-out.

Final payment is required on or before the day of arrival.

Property Cancellation Policy

Should circumstances cause you to cancel, we will happily refund your deposit, less $30 administration fee if more than 30 days notice is given.

STRICTLY NO AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED 30 DAYS OR LESS FROM CHECK-IN AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ANY MONIES PAID.
