The rain didn’t stop our holiday!

Arrived in the rain on Saturday and enjoyed the over 300mm of rain that fell over the 3 days of our stay. You would think having 5 kids under 9 in this environment would be overwhelming but true to the resilience of children they had a great time surfing and playing in the sand on the ocean side and enjoying the hot tub/spa, heated pool and the cold pool all in the pouring rain. The young boys enjoyed having a king bed upper level room to themselves complete with their own TV shower and toilets whist the girls set up camp in a two bed room and laughed, talked and giggled to their hearts content. The location of the apartments is second to none providing accress to both the surf and still water inlet and the pirate park next door.Quality of the apartments, facilities and staff was of a very high standard . Would highly recommend staying at Currumbin Sands.
